The only thing
ranks do is show other people how many frags each person has. The more frags
(kills) a person gets the higher in rank they will be. This goes to show that
people should fear the people that are of higher rank because it is more likley
they will be fragged by them.

each player gets the more skill options a player recieves. Every 10 kills
a player will be rewarded a skill point to put towards anything they like
